As President, Mark Hoffman brings to AutoRevo almost 20 years of experience developing and leading high growth companies. A co-founder of AutoRevo, he worked most recently at Buchanan Associates, where he held Senior Managing Consultant positions at Frito-Lay, Mary Kay, and TXU. Mark was responsible for developing Buchanan’s relationship with Frito Lay, which included an annual revenue in excess of $1 million.
Mark was a part of the ".NET Early Adopter Program" with Microsoft, where he was able to take part in the evolution of the .NET architecture within the Dallas area. Being deemed as a ".NET Evangelist", he conducted speaking engagements to Fortune 500 companies on topics such as migration to the Microsoft .NET platform, integration of .NET into MSSQL, and .NET best practices. Demonstrating his intense commitment to Buchanan Associates, Mark led multiple six-week training sessions targeted at consultants on topics ranging from SQL Server to .NET Framework and development. Prior to his work with Buchanan Associates, Mark held team leadership positions at RIA, Satama Interactive, and ACT Print Systems.
Mark attended the University of Texas at Dallas, majoring in Accounting and Finance. He lives in Rockwall, Texas with his wife and two boys.
Greg Gifford was promoted to lead AutoRevo’s Search Engine Optimization and Social Media team in December of 2011. His responsibilities include the development and execution of all client SEO and social media efforts, as well as managing AutoRevo's corporate SEO and social media presence. Greg is dedicated to helping dealers learn more about SEO, social media, and inbound marketing. He posts weekly tips, tricks, and information on AutoRevo's corporate blog. Greg brings over 14 years of design and online marketing experience to AutoRevo, having previously started two successful web design companies in Dallas.
Greg graduated from Southern Methodist University with a BA in Cinema and Communications. He lives in Dallas, Texas, with his wife and two boys. Greg also serves on the board of directors for the DFWSEM, a local association dedicated to promoting search engine marketing and educating local businesses about SEO.
Erik Trent, Creative Director, brings nearly a decade of design experience to AutoRevo. As Creative Director of AutoRevo’s design department, Erik leads a team of designers from concept to delivery of client websites, new product development, marketing collateral, promotional products, and AutoRevo’s brand management. Erik is passionate about the success of our clients and the role their custom websites play in the success of their dealerships. His oversight and input, as well as hands on design, give our clients a leg up on their competition.
While studying at The Art Institute of Dallas, Erik worked full time in the industry, gaining 5 years experience designing specifically for the Automotive Industry. Erik lives in Dallas and is an active member of the community, participating in multiple sports and local running events.
Brent joined the AutoRevo team, in 2006 and was the Dealership Online Marketing industry’s first Client Support Specialist, but it’s his background in Information Technology that sets AutoRevo’s customer support team above the rest. In fact, Brent’s background includes over a decade of experience in IT and Customer Support at both Microsoft and Frito Lay. Not only is Brent our IT superhero, he's the calm in any storm. Whether guiding dealers through the on-boarding and activation process, responding to support questions and requests, resolving technical issues and showing a new customer how to use the platform, Brent and his team work one-on-one with dealers until every issue is resolved..
