Our latest tip video covers the importance of awesome vehicle descriptions. We all know that customers will shop around and check out several different websites before making a call or filling out a form – so what will they see when they’re on your website?
You have to write great descriptions – you can’t just list a few items separated by commas. Write a conversational description that actually describes the vehicle. Don’t use the same default text on every car. Make your inventory interesting!
Also – don’t use the “I don’t have time” excuse – your competitors have time, so you need to make time too.
